HANDLING OF HELP-DESK TICKET

Ticket In order to improve the standard of quality of the services offered and in particular for processes relating to the handling of requests for technical, administrative and commercial assistance, a new on-line assistance service is operative, which will replace the traditional system of phone requests adopted to date.

The tickets will be processed following a priority as chosen in the assistance contract.
Technical support by phone, always subject to the opening of a ticket, will be limited to problems for which discussion by phone is required.
Our commercial area is at your disposal for any clarification and information as to the various types of standard and customized assistance agreements

TicketThe purpose of this service is to provide assistance for software and systems problems that cannot be handled by phone, by carrying out technical assistance via remote control on the User’s workstations.
