STATEMENT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AS PER SECT. 13 D. LGS. 30.06.2003, N. 196
In observance of the provisions pursuant to section 13, D.Lgs (Legislative
Decree) of 30 June 2003, CSI s.r.l., in its capacity of data controller, informs
those making enquiries in this web page as to the aims and manner of treatment
of the personal data gathered, their area of communication and dissemination and
the nature of their transfer.
The data gathered from those making enquiries, which are subject to handling,
are processed and used directly to achieve purposes that are instrumental to
performing processing activity and the prompt fulfilment of requests in full
respect of the principles of correctness and the provisions of law. The handling
of the data is performed by information technology procedures or in any case by
data transmission means or on paper support by internal staff appointed for the
purpose. The data are stored in paper, IT and data transmission archives and the
minimum security measures laid down by law are assured. Personal data can be
made known to those appointed to handle them: institutes of credit for payment
collection operations, accountants and professionals for the correct fulfilment
of the requirements of law, state bodies responsible for verification and
control as to the regular fulfilment of the requirements of law and in general
all those persons to whom communication is necessary for proper fulfilment of
the request.
The personal data thus collected will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged
with third parties. The person concerned may assert his or her rights as
expressed by sects. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of D.Lgs. n. 196 of 30 June 2003, by
contacting the data controller. In particular, according to sect. 7 the person
concerned may obtain confirmation as to the existence or otherwise of personal
data regarding him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in
an intelligible form. The person concerned has the right to obtain indication:
a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purpose and manner of their
handling; c) of the logic applied in case of handling with the aid of electronic
instruments; d) of the identity details of the data controller and of the data
processors if appointed as per sect. 5, para. 2; e) of the persons or categories
of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who may come to know of
them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the
State, as processors or appointees. The person concerned has the right to
obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, where desired, supplementing of the
data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of
data handled in breach of law, including those whose conservation is not
necessary for the purposes for which the data have been gathered or subsequently
handled; c) a statement that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have
been made known, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data have
been communicated or disseminated, except where such compliance should prove
impossible or entail a use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected
right. The person concerned has the right to oppose, wholly or in part: a) for
legitimate reasons, the handling of the personal data regarding him or her, even
if relevant to the purpose of their gathering; b) the handling of personal data
concerning him or her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sale
material or for carrying out market research or commercial or technical
communication.
The data controller is: C.S.I. s.r.l. with registered address in Casarano (Le),
via Bottazzi no. 10. The data will be conserved for the time necessary to
achieve the purpose of prompt handling of requests received.
